Born from site-specific explorations conducted during the Summer School, this project presents a re-imagined cartography of Bergamo. The artwork employs a mixed-media approach to translate the city's dual nature into tactile form: the built environment - streets and architecture - is rendered in mosaic tiles, evoking the solidity, structure, and historical weight of the urban stone. In contrast, green spaces are interpreted through textiles, capturing the organic, fragile, and fleeting dimension of the urban fabric.
The physical artwork serves as a threshold to a digital layer. Through an Augmented Reality (AR) application, viewers can scan the map to reveal a hidden archive of personal perceptions. This interactive interface activates a multimedia narrative of notes, sketches, and soundscapes, offering an intimate insight into the artist's experience of the landscape.
